Barbecue Day

Lemon,Pork Sirloin Stakes,Paprika,Mushrooms,Cherry Tomatoes.

Fresh Eggplant.

Slice the eggplant  into pieces and add salt on top of the slices and leave them on a plate
for at least 10 mins,this reduces the bitterness of the slices.and then cut them into1/4 pieces
each.

Remove the top part of the mushroom, place them on the foil,put barbecue sauce inside and around,
add Blue Cheese inside,Pepper mix and chilli on top.


Cut pieces of Mozarella cheese and place them in a bowl.

Marinate mozarella pieces with vinegar ,olive oil,papper mix and
basil which have been mixed with a mixer.


Add pieces of cucumber ,red onions, tomatoes and salad leaves in the bowl,
mix a bit,Salad is ready to be served. 

Marinating Pork Sirloin stakes pieces with fresh lemon juice,Chilli explosion, pepper  mix.




Brush up the pork sirloin stakes with Grill sauce and leave them for a while like
30 mins to one hour for the marination to get inside the meat to have a nice taste.



Cut the Paprika into pieces as shown above.

Take BBQ sticks and fill the sticks with the pieces as shown above, ready to
be BBQ.


Add Vegetables which were prepared aboveon the BBQ sticks without
the Pork pieces,ready to be BBQ.

Corns ready to be BBQ.

Put the sticks and Mushrooms which are folded in foil on the grill with a medium
heat  and check and turn the sticks time to time untill
cooked well.
