| Slice the eggplant into pieces and add salt on top of the slices and leave them on a plate for at least 10 mins,this reduces the bitterness of the slices.and then cut them into1/4 pieces each. |

| Put the sticks and Mushrooms which are folded in foil on the grill with a medium heat and check and turn the sticks time to time untill cooked well. |
