Rice with fish pieces,broccoli,grean beans and peas.

Brocolli,peas and green beans. 
Fry in a bit of oil on a medium heat,add salt a bit for like 8 minutes.

Add fish rainbow trout pieces with curry powder,pepper,chilli powder.

Add food creame and let it cook for 10 minutes. 
Ready to be served with rice.

Chicken Soup with potatoes.

Peel the skin off,cut into pieces and then wash well.And add into kettle of warm water .
Add Fresh lemon juice.
Add fresh chilli pieces,pepper mix,black pepper powder and curry powder.

Peel fresh potatoes and cut in half and add into boiling chicken.

Add carrot pieces,cooked for 40 minutes  in a medium eat untill cooked well.

Ready to be served

Fish and Rice with salad

This week I have been making fish a lot.Personally I like dishes with fish cause fish is so healthy and actually very easy to make.

Cooked salmon fish with dill,pepper and sea salt from the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Jasmin Rice ready to be served.

Wash well your lettuce,cherry tomotoes and Cucumber.Cut the cucumber in pieces and place on a plate. 
Add curry sauce on top of the fish and rice.


Ready to be served.

Pasta with fried Salmon Fish

Fresh Salmon Fish.

Marinate with mix pepper,a bit of salt and lemon juice

Put the fish in a pan and into hot oven with medium heat for 10minutes
with a skin up.After remove from oven and careful remove the skin and cut
in pieces.(See below picture).

Boil the pasta for 8 minutes,drain the water and add a bit of oil.

Fry the fish pieces in a pan while careful flipping them for 10 minutes,
add a bit of pepper and dill. 

Set up your plate with pasta first,add a piece of fish,curry sauce all over and
fresh basil pieces.

Ready to be served.

Dinner

Pill fresh potatoes and wash them well.

Slice them in round pieces and then boil them in hot water for 20 minutes.

Take Chicken fillet pieces,marinate them with peppermix and chill and wrap
them around with bacon.

Place them in pan with a bit of oil and to the oven with medium heat for 20 to
30 minutes till they turn brown.

Meat liver.

Cut them in pieces and wash well with water.

Pour water away add a bit of oil and curry powder and fry for 5 minutes,
ready to be served.

Cut onion and garlic in pieces.

Fry the onion and the garlic on pan with oil and add the meat.add pepper,salt and lemon juice .

Cut papprika in pieces as above.

Add them in a pan of meat and fry well-

Set up your plate like above.



Cut normal tomato in slices and red onion in a small bowl with fresh chill pieces ,add a bitof
 salt  and lemon juice.Place the bowl beside the plate.Dinner is ready!


Breakfast

Wash and put fresh lettuce on your plate,add cherry tomato pieces and cucumber pieces.

Fry pieces of meatballs and prince sausages in a bit of oil for 5 to 10minutes
untill cooked well.

Take your hard boiled eggs and cut them in halves,add in your plate.

Ready to be served.
