Pasta with fried Salmon Fish

Fresh Salmon Fish.

Marinate with mix pepper,a bit of salt and lemon juice

Put the fish in a pan and into hot oven with medium heat for 10minutes
with a skin up.After remove from oven and careful remove the skin and cut
in pieces.(See below picture).

Boil the pasta for 8 minutes,drain the water and add a bit of oil.

Fry the fish pieces in a pan while careful flipping them for 10 minutes,
add a bit of pepper and dill. 

Set up your plate with pasta first,add a piece of fish,curry sauce all over and
fresh basil pieces.

Ready to be served.
